Failed geared motors, torn conveyor belts, blocked drives, damaged stainless steel structures, leaking pipework: we find the cause and repair on site. If needed we weld stainless steel (TIG) directly on your plant.
Electrical failures
Short circuits, faulty control panels, tripped safety circuits, broken cables: our electricians search systematically and clear the fault, including on older plants without current documentation.
Control and automation problems
PLC faults, program crashes, defective sensors, pneumatic failures, communication problems between machine components: our automation technicians analyse the system and get it running again.

Remote diagnosis
On the phone we clarify the situation: which equipment, what symptoms, how urgent. In many cases we can already give a first assessment over the phone.
On-site deployment
Our team drives out to you, equipped with standard tools, measuring instruments and commonly needed spare parts.
Repair
We fix the problem. If an immediate repair is not possible, we implement a temporary solution so your production can continue, and schedule the permanent repair.
Documentation
After every deployment you receive a technical report: what was the cause, what was done, what follow-up measures we recommend.
