For Industrial Companies
Fault finding and repair on your lines: controls, drives, sensors, mechanics, in one visit
We find the fault that keeps coming back and clear it on site, on call or scheduled. Plus maintenance, rebuilds and calibration. After every visit a report with photos, readings and replaced parts.
What we find in production plants
Unplanned Downtime
A drive fails, a sensor reports an error, the line stops. Every hour costs production and, with perishable goods, the batch too.
Lack of Internal Capacity
Your maintenance team is tied up with day-to-day work. The backlog grows, the rebuild has been waiting for months.
Recurring faults
The same fault every few days, acknowledged and forgotten. Without looking for the cause on controls, drive and sensors, it comes back.
Multi-Discipline Needs
The fault sits between mechanics, electrical and the program. Three suppliers point at each other; someone has to find it.
What we do on your lines
Fault finding and repair
On-site diagnosis of controls, drives, sensors, pneumatics and mechanics. On call within 4 hours in German-speaking Switzerland, or scheduled.
PLC programming and changes
Adapting programs, optimising parameters, extending the HMI, setting up recipes. Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, including older controls.
Maintenance with condition report
Planned maintenance to schedule, with the documented condition of each plant: what was replaced, what is due next.
Alignment and calibration
Aligning machines and lines mechanically (tolerances under 0.1 mm), calibrating sensors, setting parameters to manufacturer specification.
Rebuilds and extensions
Extending lines, relocating machines, integrating new infeed points, updating safety circuits after the rebuild.
How a job runs
Assessment
We come to your plant, look at the equipment and listen to where the day-to-day work gets stuck.
Quote
Scope, schedule and costs in writing. By time and material, no flat rates.
Intervention
Mechanics, electricians and PLC technicians from the same team, where possible in production-free windows.
Handover and report
Function test, operator briefing, report with photos and readings. On request, a maintenance plan.
