What stainless steel welding processes do you offer?

Our focus is on TIG welding: the standard process for hygiene-critical stainless steel constructions. For piping, we also use orbital welding. All welds meet food and pharmaceutical industry requirements.

Can you perform stainless steel work directly on-site?

Yes. Our mobile workshop is equipped for TIG welding directly at the production line. No dismantling, no transport. We work at your location.

Do you also perform modifications on stainless steel constructions?

Yes. Our specialty is repairing and modifying existing parts. We can perform complex adaptations based on drawings or 3D models to integrate new components or change the existing layout.

Do you work to Hygienic Design standards?

Yes. Our work follows food industry hygiene guidelines: dead-space-free design, smooth surfaces, radii instead of corners, self-draining geometries. Essential for the food and pharmaceutical industry.

What stainless steel grades do you work with?

Mainly 1.4301 (304/V2A) and 1.4404 (316L/V4A). We use 316L in particularly corrosive environments: e.g. with brines, acids or chlorine-based cleaning agents.
